Many Ways to Give

BY MAIL - If you wish to make a cash gift, please print out the donation card [pdf] and mail a check or money order made payable to the Girl Scout Council of the Florida Panhandle (GSCFP) at 250 Pinewood Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32303.

CREDIT CARD - You may conveniently make a donation online with your Visa or MasterCard or contact us by phone at 800-876-9704.

IN-KIND – Gifts such as computers, materials for troop activities, and items to be used in fundraising events are considered in-kind gifts and are tax-deductible. Gift in Kind Form [pdf]

Annual Giving

The Annual Giving Campaign helps to meet the needs of Girl Scouts with yearly, tax deductible contributions. These contributions help pay for training materials, program materials and maintenance to the service centers and camps.

Juliette Gordon Low Heritage Society Pledge

SECURITIES – Contributing gifts of stocks and bonds may provide you with a charitable deduction while avoiding capital gains.

ESTATE GIFTS – The Juliette Low Legacy Society is a group of donors that have included the Council in their estate plans with a future gift through a bequest, life insurance, or trust arrangement.

Fundraising Events

RUN FOR THE COOKIES – The “Run for the Cookies” has been a Girl Scout and Gulf Winds Track Club tradition for 17 years. Money raised through this event not only supplements council programs but provides scholarship money for troop travel destinations. The Run for the Cookies is held each year in February.

CRUISIN’ ON THE BAY – Enjoy the best cuisine Panama City has to offer as you cruise around Panama City’s Bay aboard Captain Anderson’s yacht, The Lady Anderson. Scheduled to depart September 25, 2009.

WOMEN OF DISTINCTION – A program inspired by Girl Scouts nationally, this event honors women from across the panhandle who truly stand up for their commitment to the community. The 2009 Women of Distinction Awards Gala & Couture Jewelry Fashion Show will be held on March 11, 2010.
